Staff members are expected to maintain a certain level of professionalism. You are required to hold back all derogatory messages.
As a Staff Member, you must use whole words when you are on-duty, handling a ticket, or dealing with an in-game situation. You may use abbreviations.
When interacting with members you are required to use grammar at all times, even when you're inside Discord!
When Interacting with members, please do not bring up controversial topics. Even if it's a friend, do not speak about controversial topics inside public channels, take it into direct messages.
When patrolling in your vehicle and you receive a mod call, move your vehicle to a position that doesn't obstruct any other drivers. Do not leave your vehicle in the middle of the road!
When using commands on another user, provide 5+ letters.
As a member of the New York City staff team you serve as a role model to other members. You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and civil manner.
