Policies and Regulations
Expectations
1.1 Respectful Behaviour: Staff must maintain respectful behavior toward other colleagues or community members. This includes no usage of swears in-game or channels accessible by other community members.
1.2 Grammar: Punctuation and Grammar must be maintained in-game or in channels accessible to other community members.
1.3 Relationships: Personal relationships such as family or love must be declared at the time of acceptance using a management ticket, relationships should not interfere with daily duties.
1.4 In-Game Clothing: Using a staff uniform prohibits using any vest or other objects that will block your face, chest, back, shoulder, leg, or neck. Law enforcement radios and belts are allowed.
1.5 Professional Behavior: Staff must maintain professional behavior while on duty or in public channels swearing or inappropriate words, images, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
In-Game Objects
2.1 Custom Liveries: Staff must use proper liveries while on duty depending on rank.
2.2 Custom Uniforms: Staff must use proper uniforms while on duty depending on rank.
2.3 Weapons: Usage of any type of weapons while on duty is prohibited, staff may only carry a Taser, Pepper Spray, Handcuffs, MDT, and a Cell Phone.
2.4 Vehicles: Staff vehicles must be parked out of public roads and may not block any roleplays or other members while stepping out of your vehicle, traffic stops have exceptions.
2.5 Realistic Avatars: Avatars that contain any flames, glowing objects, wings, tails, etc are considered unrealistic avatars and must be removed.
Command Usage
3.1 Abuse: Usage of commands must be limited spamming or abusing commands is prohibited. You may not randomly use commands on other community members.
3.2 Minimum Letters: You must use more than 5 characters when using a command, no matter of server status.
Documentation
4.1 Proper Documentation: Any moderation actions taken against another community member must be properly documented using Melonly with the example below for the reason.
The player had been first reported near the cafe for a random deathmatch, once I arrived on the scene of the report the player started shooting all members a part of the scene for no valid reason.
Representation
5.1 Staff members who say derogatory statements in our server, or an outside space (Direct messages, other servers etc), will be punished depending on severity as they represent us. If work status at our server is present and shown within staffβs profile.
